"I had the displeasure of trying this restaurant and here’s my honest opinion.The jollof rice tastes like the flavorless rice served in the cafeteria of your primary and secondary schools.The “efo” is a far cry from actual efo-riro. I was served steamed vegetable seasoned with crayfish.The plantain and beef was bleh, and the stew was terrible.I was genuinely offended by the taste of the food. Given the limited selections on the menu, I’d expect the recipe of the food served to be better than the bare minimum.If you aren’t Nigerian please DO NOT eat meals from this restaurant as it would skew your perspective of what real Nigerian food tastes like."

"I moved to the state of Georgia about 3 years ago and I have tried just about every so-called authentic African restaurant there is and none of them compare to this restaurant. The food is top tier very flavorful and plentyI also love their flavored cold drinks.The food is absolutely delicious. EVERY time I order the customer service is always amazing and the atmosphere is really really nice the music selection is nice too I always find a new song to add to my personal playlistI pray that they never change cooks or places because I definitely will have to hunt them down lol ?Last but not least there are not too many restaurants in ATL that you can find in with a Grade A of 100 from the food inspectors so hands down this is the best place to get good African food …Thank me later ?Sorry no pictures I ate it too fast lol ?"

"The rice had a clean flavor very filling. The Plantains had a nice crispy skin layer, while the rest of the fruit remained moist and piping hot. I found this first taste of Africa, very timid and safe. I’m aware that similar to Indian cuisine African cuisine is usually somewhat bombarded with stronger spices and flavors. Ms. Nkechi insists my return visit that I should try the Soup, Fu-Fu (heavy in African Yam or African Gari) and an exotic delicacy offered on Friday’s Special-All Day (lamb and goathead prepared Nigerian style)."

"If I had written this review after my first order, I would have erroneously given a 5 star review. The swift time of delivery, the taste, the packaging etc were so exceptional. I was blown away in comparison to a competitor BUT then I placed another orderanother time (as I was impressed with the initial order) and this time, I ordered even more soups and all but it was a FAIL. Thewhole food delivered to me gave me this left over food vibe which I really didn 't appreciate. The very first order, the Egusisoup was looking so great and for the first time, I didn 't stool after eating Egusi soup prepared by another but the secondtime, it was all like a clump of residue Egusi and I was so disappointed. The taste wasn 't as great as the first. (See photosfor comparison) Also the Ogbono was not slimy and the taste? I 'm in no way impressed. I really had high hopes about this placeinitially but the second order gave me a rethink. I still intend to visit in person and probably know if the failed order wasjust a once in a lifetime event. When I do visit and I 'm impressed, I will be updating. Something I must commend is the GreatSPEED at food preparation. Keep that up!!!"

"I have been to this restaurant before and have noticed that each time I go, they always give me the old menu with prices that have been increased by 3 to 4 dollars per dish. This was disappointing, and I don't plan on going back. The dish I did end up ordering this time was flavorless, which was surprising. It seems like the new decor and digital upgrades may have caused them to compromise on taste. Additionally, they only accept cash, which is inconvenient. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience."

"The vegetables soup was the first thing I tried from this place. It got my taste buds going crazayyy. Love it and I ordered multiple times later on. Then I orders the egussi soup at least twice, it was soooo delicious. Love it. Then I order the obono soup and eba pounded cassava). Took me by surprise, I did expect the obono soup to be slimy and the eba to be sour. I give the restaurant a call, the owner was so niiice. She said it was suppose to be slimy and cassava is sour because it was my first time. As somebody who hate any food with okra consistency, I was a little mad at first. But when the owner explain to me so nicely, I felt eager to try it. And I Lovee Ittt. I'm going my mother about this, somebody got me an okra consistency meal. Because God knows I absolutely hate Slimy food. But this dish got me loving it. Then I order the bitter leaf soup. I was youtube video on how to make it. The lady said it was not supposed to be bitter. But it was, absolutely bitter. At first not so much but then it got realllly bitter. I only ate the smoke meat and the fufu. I also prior to order the bitter leaf soup tried the ayamase soup. My siblings love it and I love it it was sooo delicious. Still love this place and I definitely look forward to exploring their menu more."
