"Probably won't be back. We had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, and those were pretty tasty. For entrees, I had The Great Cazbah and added avocado with fried okra for the side. The okra was decent, but the sandwich tasted like something I could make in my kitchen. It had barely any flavor and was very unimpressive. My husband had the Cuban Style Turkey with fries. His sandwich was better than mine, but the fries were really plain and tasted almost freezer burnt.
I wanted to like this place and have some good "diner" food, but unfortunately, it was really not good for a $30 bill. McAlister's has tastier, cheaper food."
