"I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. I waited about 15-20 minutes for my wings while the person next to me, who ordered around 10 minutes after I did, received his order in under 10 minutes, which was quite impressive. I even witnessed my wings being mistakenly given to someone else; that person mentioned he didn't order the same sauce as I did. The bartender explained that my wings were taking longer because they were on the grill. To make matters worse, I saw another customer receive a plate of wings that didn't belong to him, but he decided to take them anyway. Usually, I have a fantastic experience here and appreciate the food and prices for the area. However, due to this incident, I'm giving this visit 2 stars. I will return in the future."
