"We were looking forward to trying Chicken Salad Chick, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant was not clean and seemed to be significantly understaffed, with the bathrooms in poor condition. Even though we arrived after the lunch rush had ended around 2 PM and there were only a few other customers, we ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food, only to discover that our order had been misplaced. While we were grateful for the refund, it’s disheartening to witness situations where the staff isn’t given the support they need to succeed."
