"Ordered the the chilaquiles with eggs over easy and added chicken (for delivery). I also asked for some shredded lettuce and tomatoes on top. I was really excited because I read some good reviews but was instantly disappointed when I opened my container. My eggs were missing and no lettuce or tomatoes. The rice was hard and tasted old like it was left over from yesterday. The beans were good. The salsa verde and tortilla part was tasty . However the chicken was dry. It didn't feel like a part of the dish. It was sprinkled on top like a last minute afterthought. There was also a brown rotting avocado on top. When I called the restaurant to complain, they blamed the driver, instead of owning up to and trying to rectify the situation. Last I checked, drivers don't prepare food. I do not recommend ordering takeout from here."

"I stopped in several days ago to pick up a few dozen bagels for a work party. The bagels were ready to go as soon as I walked in the door, warm and fresh. The girl working the counter was very helpful and offered to slice the bagels before I took them. The employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I got a few containers of their homemade cream cheese , plain and honey walnut amazing! to go. The bagels were devoured soon after I got to work, and several co-workers said that they go to Fresh Bagels regularly, not only for the bagels, but for the sandwiches and subs. My favorite is the Hot Gobbler . Definitely one of my favorite places to go in Fort Myers. The food is amazing and the staff is always fun and friendly. Authentic NY bagels , and a great NY deli vibe to the place. A must try!!. Also, try the super cinnamon bagels... incredible!!!!!"
