"I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the cleanliness of our dinnerware. The prices felt quite high for what we received. While the service was slow, our waitress was courteous. We ordered the top sirloin and prawns, but the steak was well done instead of the medium we requested. The mixed greens salad tasted pre-packaged and resembled those you buy at the supermarket. The kids' cheeseburger was dry and tasteless, and the ketchup had an odd flavor. The kids' chicken strips were heavily breaded and also lacked flavor, not to mention the accompanying fruit was the worst of the worst—pre-packaged and low-quality. Even Safeway's pre-cut fruit is better than that. To top it off, my knife and one of the salad plates were not properly cleaned in the dishwasher and were still placed on our table. It was absolutely unacceptable, and I will definitely not be returning."
