"I had previously visited The Omelette Factory and found it to be a decent experience—nothing exceptional, neither good nor bad. However, after a recent brunch with friends, I can confidently say we were all very happy with our time there!
Let me start by mentioning our hardworking waitress. She was doing her best to take our orders in a timely manner, but we were engrossed in catching up and enjoying the reunion. I didn’t catch her name, but she was constantly moving—checking in with us, running to assist another table, or hurrying to serve other guests. It was clear she was busy, yet she was determined to provide great service. Throughout the hectic Saturday brunch, she maintained her sense of humor and managed our table perfectly. A+ for her effort!
When our food arrived, we were all momentarily silenced by how delicious it was. The portions were generous—we even had leftovers! We all agreed that this visit deserved a 9/10 rating, largely thanks to the staff. And let me be clear, the food was fantastic as well. I’m already looking forward to going back, and my new favorite dish is the Huevos con Chorizo with flour tortillas!
I've said it before and I’ll say it again: please don’t judge a restaurant harshly because of an overworked server. Times are tough, and many places are short-staffed. The employees who show up deserve our appreciation!"
