"I'm giving this restaurant a rating of 4 stars this time, mainly due to my history with it. If this had been my first visit, I would likely have rated it a 3. I ordered the Sgt. Pepper burger, and it arrived more medium-rare than the medium I requested. My wife enjoyed her sandwich, but my main complaints were that the shakes we ordered seemed unusually small and delayed the rest of our order. Additionally, the pretzels that came with the beer dip were stale. I’ll definitely return, possibly to dine in next time. I also recommend ordering directly from the Ram website rather than using a delivery service, as it seemed like the menu was limited on the delivery app."
