"I made reservations for breakfast for 4 at 10:30 for Mother’s Day. My mother arrived first they gave her a set price buffet menu at $75 per head. She told me about it when we got there so I went to talk to a floor manager, who apologized but said they weren't serving breakfast, just the buffet. We went back forth but really, we were stuck. So we stayed but it set the tone for me. I'd asked that the GM come to the table he didn't by the time we'd finished so I asked again. He came over apologized but said there was nothing he could do, that the website is run by a 3rd party may or may not be accurate that they expect guests to know that they’d only serve brunch not breakfast on special occasions like Easter or Mother’s Day. I’m not sure how he expected that the customer would know the restaurant’s hours/specials/etc sounds ridiculous to me. After more back forth, I asked if he could discount the check at first he said no, but then came back said he'd take 20% off which I accepted. He came back again told us he'd taken one full meal off. I appreciate that gesture but it should have come earlier instead of stonewalling me. The food was average, the experience was less than that, we won’t be back."
