"UPDATED REVIEW This review is based on the manager Joro Kozhuharov, he immediately jumped on the situation below to correct it. He sent me a message via Facebook Messenger and provided a solution. He had mypizza refund me my money : He was very sweet and nice, he offered to speak with me directly on the phone about the situation. I am very pleased with his prompt response. When I am down in west seattle I will pay this location a visit and actually eat : I am one happy person now. Thank you Joro for all your help! OLD REVIEW THIEVES!!!!! I made an honest mistake and ordered my food at the West Seattle location when it should have went to Lake City. I made the order online and it did not say 'West Seattle ' so it was very unclear. I called the West Seattle location and explained to this lady (either Russian or Ukrainian decent and told her that I re-ordered my food at the Lake City location and I need to cancel the order. She said that it was pre-paid and my food was ready. I explained again I am nowhere near West Seattle and I am not able to go there and pick it up. I am all the way in North Seattle on a 30 minute lunch break. She advised me to call mypizza to have them cancel the order. I do that and Mypizza gives me a call, the representative advised that they too called the West Seattle location and the same lady did not want to refund my money, she made a comment and said 'well who is going to pay for this? ' Excuse me! I did not get any service from your restaurant nor did I get any food from the West Seattle location. I like how the lady told me to call mypizza to cancel the order then turn around and tell them not to authorize a refund. I made an honest MISTAKE and still gave my money to Lucianos in lake city, to support small businesses (Lake city location was VERY nice and put a rush on my food so thank you to them, this review is not for the lake city location. I paid $30 for food I never ate or received. That is STEALING, I feel like no one wants to help me or come up with a solution of any sort. Don 't order and pre-pay online because if you make a mistake they wont give two rats asses!"
