"Terrible services! Paid $30 $4.50 tip for two acai bowls, needed to use restroom, and the man copped an attitude, and refused to let me use restroom. I begged him. He said it was for employees only. He did not give a viable solution until I asked where I could go, and the woman recommended a bookstore down the street.I begged the man if I can use it, he said no and it 's for employees only. I added they 're selling food, and why, he said their policy started during COVID, and they kept it in place since. He added that there was a time someone used the restroom and did something sketchy. I asked, so 'because someone did something sketchy at sometime, you closed the restroom for all customers, ' and he maintained his stance.I informed him I just paid $30 PLUS $4.50 TIP and he couldn 't let me use the restroom, he then offered a refund, and I accepted. He then said he will just process the refund, but said he could not give a receipt. I informed him he 's required to give a refund receipt, and finally he printed one.I couldn 't believe the treatment I received from this business that serves food AND I am a disabled veteran. I will also be making a complaint to the City and County of San Francisco, the State of California, and the ADA.Buyer beware!"
