"The food was excellent, but we experienced very poor service during our visit on the fourth weekend. It seems that more staff is needed, as we had to get our own coffee cups and silverware because the overwhelmed waitress couldn't keep up. We chose the buffet instead of ordering, as it would have taken a long time to receive our food. I recommend hiring more cooks, waitstaff, dishwashers, and table cleaners. This isn't the first time I've encountered these issues during a fourth weekend visit. If I were a tourist, I wouldn't want to return. Please consider the importance of retaining returning customers."

"After making my payment, I drove home with my order and should have been wary when I pulled out the sundae; it was in a plastic container that was a struggle to open! This clearly wasn't freshly scooped ice cream drizzled with warm caramel and fudge; it was obviously pre-packaged. Even though that thought nagged at me, I decided to give it a try, despite realizing that I could have gotten toppings at Tony's for much less than the $10 I paid for this sundae—yes, $10 for one turtle sundae! I tasted the whipped cream first, but it had no flavor whatsoever, so I pushed it aside. The ice cream, caramel, and fudge were all frozen solid, like a brick. Normally, when you get ice cream topped with hot fudge and caramel, the heat should start to melt the ice cream by the time you get home, but not in this case! Everything was still rock hard. It was clear that the entire container—ice cream, fudge, caramel, and whipped cream—had been sitting pre-packaged in a freezer. When I took a spoonful of the ice cream with solidified caramel, I was disappointed to find that the caramel had a gritty, waxy texture. I could actually feel this unpleasant, waxy grit on my lips, teeth, and tongue! Having been around long enough, I recognize that this is what happens to sugary syrups when they age or are frozen for too long. It was utterly disgusting, and I cannot recommend this place! This is what happens to businesses that have been around for a while but have lost interest in maintaining the quality of their food."

"We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. We stopped by to grab a bite to eat while we were nearby and were thrilled with the quality of the food, as well as the service, which was excellent. The ambiance was lovely, and it wasn't too crowded, which was a nice bonus. I ordered 10 Honey BBQ Wings with ranch dressing and some onion rings, both of which were fantastic. The wings were particularly impressive—large and juicy, just how I like them. Nothing is worse than getting small wings with hardly any meat! I also enjoyed a Stella Artois that perfectly complemented my meal. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area."

A lil’ bit of savory and spicy along with the cheese and bussin’ bacon brought tears to my eyes… okay maybe not, but these were awesome! ?I had the Lobster Roll and was pleasantly surprised. Though some may think a tap house couldn’t set the bar for seafood, their presentation of this crustacean was impressive ? Fresh, flavorful, and of course served on classic-lobster-roll-style bread, this is an order for those who pine to find a bit of seaside delight in southern Minnesota ?The Tot Bowl was not of the highest quality — too many tomatoes tipped the texture of this dish to be a little too soft for me: I’ll say the ingredients were there, and there’s potential for it to pack a punch, but veering away from too many vegetables would made a difference for this appetizer avalanche The cheese curds, onion rings, and tenders were all terrific takes on classic starters. Make sure to try some of their signature sauces ???Honestly, everything we had is worth a try! "Very friendly staff. I ordered the Hawaiian barbecue plate that comes with rice, spicy kimchi, Hawaiian pork, Hawaiian barbecue chicken, and macaroni salad. I don't know what it is that they dust the rice with, but this was the best rice I've ever eaten in my life, and I could've eaten a plate full of it. My dinner guest ordered the garlic shrimp, and was not informed that there were multiple options for how it's prepared. She was expecting grilled shrimp and received fried. They quickly fixed the problem, and she said it was delicious, but the rice was cold as if they scooped it from the previous plate and it sat while the new order cooked. She said the drinks are amazing and very strong. Overall, you get a very good portion of food, but it's far more than most people can eat. The prices are decent considering what you get. Very very dimly lit, so be aware of that if you have trouble reading a menu. Like reggae bands on Thursday nights."

"The food is great, but the whole place is run very poorly. Everytime I’m in there the service is terrible and there is always an issue. Placed an online order today and didn’t get a confirmation email so I called and they told me to call back after 3to get my refund. When I told them I had to work at 2 and still wanted my order they told me I had to pay for it again, fine, ithappens. I then get a call saying they forgot they can’t take credit cards today, so how did money come out of my account frommy original order that never went through? Just poor service in my opinion. The owner deserves better staffing."
