"The food was excellent, but I wish this restaurant could decide on a clearer service model. We wanted to order at the counter, but that wasn't an option if we wanted to be seated, so we opted for table service. The waitress took our orders seamlessly. However, when our food arrived, most plates came without BBQ sauce. When a staff member checked on us, I asked for BBQ sauce, but he kindly pointed out that there was a bottle of Sweet Chili sauce on the table. I explained that I specifically wanted regular BBQ sauce. He then informed me I would need to go back downstairs to get it myself. This was frustrating, especially since I was seated deep in a booth—why can't waitstaff bring BBQ sauce to customers in a BBQ restaurant? Especially when we're expected to tip for sit-down service."
