"The food was excellent, as always! The freshly made bagels were delightful, and my cappuccino was served hot this morning. The turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was perfect as well. "BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON CC!!!!!! If you visit this location and use a credit or debit card, you may want to double check that the amount posted to your card is correct. We were at this location this past Saturday (12/16 to purchase a dozen of donuts. The total came to 20.46. After reviewing my CC charges, the charge from this establishment actually posted as 21.46 (1.00 more that what was shown on the receipt . It appears after the total, the individual that assisted me decided to add a 1.00 to my total, for whatever reason. What 's even more disturbing is the extra 1.00 did NOT show on MY receipt anywhere, there is just a line that states CHARGE1 but still shows the total as 20.46. (Attached photo of receipt When I called this location to discuss why this occurred, no one could or would provide me with an answer. I 'm aware it is only a 1.00, however, IF this location is trying to skim extra money off of every customer that uses a card, even if it 's just a 1.00, it is extremely dishonest and unethical and is viewed as theft. I have contacted the corporate office and provided them with this information. I hope they follow through with an investigation to ensure that there isn 't any 'funny ' business going on at this location. But just in case there is, always REVIEW YOUR CC CHARGES from this establishment and really all establishments!! Happy Holidays!! :"

"NDB is a great place to get that bagel that you've been craving. Their bagel with cream cheese and lox is fairly reasonably priced and jam packed with flavor. and it comes with a pickle! Their wraps come with fries and are decently sized for a lunch meal. Fair prices and excellent customer service! Love going here with a friend or two for some late breakfast on a Sunday."

"The food here is genuinely authentic Italian, and the owners are Italian as well. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, and I truly wish more people were aware of this place. Situated in Sorrento Valley, they also offer catering services. My husband and I connected with them through NextDoor, and shortly after, my husband was involved in a serious accident. They graciously delivered food to our doorstep, which was exactly what we needed during that tough time. It was a ray of hope for us while we waited in the ICU for his recovery. I highly recommend that you visit this hidden gem—your experience will be unforgettable!"

"the prepared eating in this deli is equal to some. restaurants in the surroundings. they have a small selection of prepared foods every day that are very high quality. the only part is when they're gone, they won't do it anymore. so they have to get there early to make sure they get the best selection, but they will not be disappointed. prices are very affordable. my daughter loves her oversized salads and she says they are better than most restaurants she visits"

"I absolutely adore this restaurant. Whenever I walk in, I can feel the happiness that surrounds everyone. It's like they know exactly how to make my night just right. About a month ago, I noticed a subtle change in the taste of their pizza. It seemed a bit sweeter or something. I'm not sure if they switched up the sauce, cheese, or crust, but there's definitely something different. And you know what? I love it. Change can be a good thing, and they have managed to pull it off brilliantly. The pizza is still amazing, with no small portions. I highly recommend coming here for 75% of your meals."

"I typically hesitate to write reviews for local businesses, but I feel compelled to share my experience after ordering a chicken Caesar wrap. Previously, I had a delicious turkey wrap from this place that was definitely worth the money. However, today’s chicken Caesar wrap was disappointing. It only had four thin strips of chicken and an excessive amount of lettuce, making it feel more like a lettuce wrap with a little chicken on top. If you decide to visit, I advise against ordering the chicken Caesar wrap—you might end up with something like what I received, and it costs around $12. I also requested onions, but they forgot that too. On a positive note, the cashier was very pleasant, so that was a plus."

"Used to come here all the time a couple years ago when I went to Hudson Valley. Slice was about as close as you can get up here to a genuine New York slice. That's to say it was very good. Last week I decided to order a full pizza for the family since our usual Friday night joint was closed for a vacation. Perhaps the worst pizza I've ever had. Not sure if recipe changed or anything but it was seriously dreck. Incredibly sloppy, basically fell apart in your hands. Ingredients didn't taste cooked, really the entire thing tasted pretty undercooked. Hope it was a one off but was super disappointed."

"Best bagels in the area...period. I ran across this place a few years ago, and I haven't found bagels that even come close to this place. Comfortable environment and friendly staff. Always a great experience. It's a little out of the way for me, but if I'm ever craving a bagel or just need a good place to get breakfast, this is my go-to! I recommend this place to anyone! "We stopped by for some egg sandwiches and ordered them with bacon, eggs, and cheese. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon. Mistakes happen, but we were the only customers there. When I brought it up to the lady, she responded rudely, insisting that I never asked for bacon and even argued with me about it. Thankfully, the guy working there stepped in and fixed the order, but then he charged me an extra nine dollars for the mistake they made. If you're okay with spending thirty-five dollars for three egg sandwiches and three orange juices while dealing with rude staff and order mix-ups, that's your choice. As for me, I won't be returning."

"I give this place 5 stars across the board! I tried their Greek omelet, and it was absolutely delicious—hands down the best omelet I've had in ages, and definitely the best Greek omelet ever! It came with a bagel and a home fry patty, too. And the price was only $9.99? That's almost unheard of these days with inflation! Most places would charge between $12 and $14 for the same meal. I really appreciate the quality they provide and their efforts to keep prices reasonable in today's crazy world. The atmosphere is fun and friendly—overall, it's just a fantastic establishment!"
