"To make matters worse, the woman who appeared to be the owner came out to address the situation—though I must emphasize, she didn't apologize; instead, she made excuses and played the blame game with her chef. She even had the nerve to claim that some people actually prefer their beef prepared this way. I can assure you, we’ve never thought, “You know what would be great? Cold, raw beef and broccoli.” She also blamed the chef for cooking the beef in clumps and burning the fried rice.
If the person who spoke to us had taken even a hint of responsibility for the mistakes made, we might have considered giving this place another chance. However, after this experience, that's definitely not happening."
