"Our server, however, was not very attentive. It took a while to get her to take our drink orders, and then we experienced another delay when it came time to order food. The meals arrived promptly, which was a plus. My daughter enjoyed her panini but wished it had more marinara sauce, and she noted that her fries were under-seasoned. My wings had good flavor but were slightly overcooked on the outside. They were large and filling, which was a redeeming quality. The crab dip was delicious, and there were plenty of chips to accompany it.
After we finished our meal, we waited over ten minutes for the waitress to return so we could request takeout containers. To me, asking for containers signals that we are done eating, and I expected to receive the check alongside them. Instead, we waited an additional 5-7 minutes while I watched her serve drinks to other tables and socialize at the hostess station. Eventually, I had to ask someone else to get her attention so we could get our check, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, the food was average, and the service was less than satisfactory. The restaurant seemed to attract a decent crowd, but we won't be returning, primarily because we don't live in the area."
