"The folks at Via Roma 2 certainly know how to make a delicious gluten-free pizza. Unlike many places, the crust isn’t overly thin, and it holds up well. In fact, even someone who typically enjoys gluten remarked that they couldn’t taste the difference and would actually prefer the gluten-free version. If you find yourself in Allentown, NJ, I highly recommend stopping by. Mario, who works behind the counter, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We added extra cheese and pepperoni, along with garlic and black olives, and it was fantastic. The trip is definitely worth it, and we will be returning for sure!"
