"I'm not sure what has happened to this place; it used to be so much better. I arrived around 4 PM and noticed there were only about seven customers, with many empty booths. I requested a booth, but the staff seemed reluctant to clean one for us, saying we would have to wait 15 minutes, even though three employees were gathered around the computer.
Once we were seated, no one brought us straws, ginger, or wasabi. Not a big deal—I just asked for them. The first order went smoothly, but when I made a second order, we waited over 20 minutes without any sign of it arriving. I decided to cancel the order and request the check. The staff responded with nothing but attitude, as if it were our fault. They didn't provide any explanation and didn't even check with the kitchen. As we were leaving, the food finally started coming out."
