"While the food was quite tasty, there appears to have been a mix-up through the DoorDash platform. The pepper jack burger came with just the cheese and missed out on the fried onions and jalapeños that were supposed to be included. It's puzzling since that shouldn't happen unless something went wrong during the ordering process. Also, neither of our burgers included pickles, even though they’re listed in the description. My friend was disappointed since it was a $15 burger that was supposed to have all those toppings.
When we called the restaurant for clarification, they mentioned we would need to contact DoorDash about the missing toppings, which is understandable—it’s tough to resolve once the food is delivered. This made me suspect that there might be an ongoing issue with the ordering system itself.
If you're considering delivery or pickup, I’d recommend calling the restaurant directly instead of using DoorDash, unless you're willing to take the risk. However, the food was so good overall that I’m still giving it 4 stars. I plan to visit Duffy's in person once my car is fixed, so I can enjoy all the toppings as intended!"
