"The employees are fantastic—very helpful and informative. However, I had a few experiences where I purchased bottles for my customers, and in the end, I had to deal with the alleged owner of the franchise, who left me feeling dissatisfied with his service and treatment. At this point, I can honestly say that he doesn’t value his customers or take care of my specific business needs. My family has been a loyal customer long before the name Liquor Locker came into play. Given the circumstances, I attempted to resolve some minor issues, but he did not assist me at all. I’m not sure if this is due to my Hispanic heritage or if I am being judged based on my appearance, but as a fourth-generation farmer and worker well-known throughout the Central Valley, I can assure you that I will not recommend Liquor Locker to my family, friends, coworkers, or fellow farmers."
