"I have visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. During my first visit, I ordered the Palermitana as my main dish, and it was quite unappetizing. I hoped for a better experience during my most recent visit, especially since the restaurant seemed popular and busy. However, it turned out to be just as bad, if not worse. The forks, knives, and dishes we received were dirty. My drink had so many floating particles in it that I ultimately abandoned it halfway through my meal, and it was an alcoholic beverage, so it wasn't inexpensive. While the service was friendly, it was also very slow. The appetizers were decent; we ordered a pizza that was good, and the arancini were okay. For my main course, I had the costine: the farrotto was bland, and the short rib came with an odd sauce that spoiled the flavor of the meat. Overall, the ambiance is nice, and the service is passable, but the lack of cleanliness and the quality of the food leave much to be desired."
