"They said they got a lot of orders at once, but we had to wait apx 40 min for a half order of crunchy French toast, which arrived without the jam. (Also,while crunchy, it was VERY crunchy, as of it was slightly overdone? Idk) also kinda expected hot, or even warm syrup but it was less than lukewarm. Brought it up, but only really wanted the jam, they were nice enough to bring more syrup, too, but it was also not hot or even warm I know it's petty stuff, but having been to a lot of Mcmemnins, and with how posh/affluent this place appeared, I expected at least the same level of service/quality or better. Also, the soft sound of SpongeBob SquarePants cartoons coming from a few tables down did not help the ambience of the place, but that alone wouldn't have bothered me had we had a good meal.
