My wife ordered a smoked chicken sandwich, while my daughter chose a Philly cheesesteak without peppers. I went for the nachos. However, the food took longer to arrive than expected, given our choices. My wife's sandwich turned out to be dry, and surprisingly, my daughter’s cheesesteak came with peppers after she requested it without. As for my nachos, they looked like they had been sitting out for a while, with both the cheese and chili starting to dry out. It's unclear whether the issue lay with our server or the kitchen, but overall, this was not a satisfactory experience."
