"We went at lunchtime and were the third group seated so not many people were present. That was a good thing as I heard this place can get swamped with customers in a hurry. Reservations are a must. I’ll get right into the food. Bread and olive oil are top notch as was the cauliflower side dish that we used as an appetizer since the paella takes 35-45 minutes to make. In the meantime we drank a beautiful Spanish White wine that was suggested by our server, who by the way was an excellent waiter with a good sense of humor and not overbearing or agitating. The Paella was the best I’ve ever had and the small version was more than enough for the 2 of us. We took leftovers home. The shining star was their freshly made curios served with warm chocolate for dipping which were so good that I felt guilty that our kids weren’t able to sample them with us that I ordered an order to go so they could have some at home. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in America. YOU NAILED IT AND WE WILL BE BACK!!! Well done to the owner, kitchen, and servers."
