"I ordered a burger yesterday that cost over $6, and it was nowhere near what I expected for that price. It came with three mac and cheese bites on top, but the burger patty and cheese were of lower quality than what you’d find in a public school cafeteria. To top it off, there was just a tiny piece of bacon. I was really let down because their burgers always look so appetizing on their Facebook page. I also got a mini Blizzard, and while it’s fine that they put a lid on it, it was overfilled, causing it to spill out the sides and making it impossible to open without creating a huge mess. Overall, I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning."

"I visited DQ yesterday, and the staff was amazing! Both the food and service were excellent. The place was very clean, making for a wonderful experience. A huge bonus for those with service animals—I faced no issues at all, which isn't always true at other places. Thank you for a delightful dining experience!"
"I recently visited Dairy Queen, and my experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet I only received half of my order. I had ordered three Blizzards and two sundaes, but they were carelessly stacked on top of each other without a proper carrier. Only the sundaes came with lids, and when I asked for lids for my Blizzards, they just handed me the lids separately. Unfortunately, when I tried to put a lid on one of the Blizzards, the cup broke, spilling its contents all over my car. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the restaurant for help, they ignored all my calls. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience."
"This isn't my first time dining here. I came specifically for the chicken sandwiches and stripe fries. However, when I got home (just six blocks away) and unpacked my order, I was extremely disappointed. Everything was ice cold except for the fish sandwich, which was unacceptable. I called and spoke with the manager, who handled the situation directly with me. They promptly replaced my food, and the new order was excellent—just what I typically expect from DQ. I appreciate the manager's efforts to make things right. I've had great experiences at DQ before, which is why I'm giving this review five stars despite the initial setback."

"Today, on Veterans Day, we had lunch at the restaurant. We both opted for the $7 lunch special. My wife chose the chicken fingers and I went with the cheeseburger. Both meals were served hot and tasted fantastic. We also both agreed that the fries were excellent. To my surprise, the person at the counter noticed my veteran’s cap and offered me a complimentary blizzard. Knowing how delicious their blizzards are, I accepted, and I was not disappointed—it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for the great experience."

"My Brother in law and I ate there Sunday morning.I had a Sausage and Gravy biscuit and Coffee.That was one of the best tasting breakfast plate I have had from there in years.I gave it a 4 star because it can be better if they would make them with real churn butter milk.I love that taste.Have not had that taste since my mom cooked some 30 years ago before she got real sick.R.I.P. "Four adults and two toddlers go in for ice cream around 7:15pm on a Friday night, the place was not crowded at all. We placed our order, was given a number and sat at a table. Within 15 minutes dozens of teenage kids walked in the door. Some were placingtheir order and others were just standing at the counter talking to the staff members. We waited another 20 minutes for ourorder. Finally very irritated, walked up to get our money back. The girl said she had to get her manager to give us our moneyback. Waiting for the manager, I watched the teenage customers taking selfies with the employees, several employees were notworking, just laughing and standing with the teenage customers. I counted at least 12 receipts hanging up to be filled. There isno way our order was not filled as we had been there for 35 minutes already and dozens of kids and a couple families had come inafter us, and some of the kids had gotten their order already. The Assistant Manager finally came up and said, ?Is there aproblem here?? He was a teenager himself! I explained that the group of kids hanging at the counter talking to his employees wasinterfering with other customers getting their order. He grinned at me and said, I can?t ask my customers to leave. I told himhe could ask them to have a seat and their orders would be brought to their table, and explain his employees have a job to do.He just smirked at me and said no I can?t. Seriously!!!! We left and I saw there were 11 cars in the drive through line, I feltsorry for those people. I?m sure they all didn?t expect the place was running on nothing but teenagers who didn?t want to beworking nor did they care about their customers. Will not go back."

"So I was just at Dairy Queen in Whitefish 9–21 at approximately 5:30 PM. I ordered two original cheeseburgers. Oh my gosh.! I could tell it was made ahead of time and put into the microwave because the bread is extremely chewy. It’s not hot at all. The cheese didn’t melt and the pickles are warm. also as the bun cools it becomes hard. You should be ashamed of yourself serving that kind of food to people. Also, your Pepsi is flat. It used to be the best tasting Pepsi in town. You are such a disappointment."

"I stopped by the tattoo shop next door and planned to grab a bite to eat afterward. We parked in the lot, but were yelled at for doing so. We politely moved our car, but then found ourselves being pursued and verbally harassed. When we attempted to throw away some trash in their bin, we faced more shouting and threats of legal action for simply using the trash can. The entire experience made us feel very unsafe, and I can’t believe we were treated this way at a business. To make matters worse, it was the manager who was shouting at us. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend staying away from this place."

"We went threw the drive threw comunication was terrible! The lady had to get A coworker when I told her I had Coupon for .50 off the blizzard she asked me if something was wrong with the last blizzard that we would get a fryer one I told her 4xs it was a coupon. For .50 of. Then when I get to the window. They charged me double of what I paid for a dipped cone from last week. I was just trying to get clearification. Of what happen. And one of the employees. Told me Gas prices went up,food prices went up! He was very loud and crasp! Then he said we cant hold up the line, pay or get out! I just had pulled up. Then a big heavy red head screamed at the top of her lungs! For everyone to hear even inside of pick in save. Im not going to argue with you. Pay or get out!!!!! I asked g or head quarters number she said she was the owner.... Like WOW. Nut job For the owner! She should not own anything and it shows in her staff. They were extreamly out of line and unprofessinal. Especially for the store owner. Also last summer this Dairy queen messed up my blizzard order. And refused to stand by the policy that was that they advertise. Also the s I called owner screamed dont come back, and slammed the door in my face. I had a six yr old in my back seat that saw this. If head quarters allowed this kind of behavior to customers shame on you this Dq should be closed or find proper people to run the joint.I am one when I see positive I let a maneger know and suggest a raise. "Didn't receive proper items on a signature burger... didn't get napkins, didn't get ranch with my cheese curds nor did they give me a chance to ask for them while ordering- I always ask for it just incase it doesn't come with. Didn't even give us a straw for our sodas..... it comes with the straw lid not the sipping lid. The cheese curds were overdone with no cheese left in it, the pretzel sticks were rock hard. Paid almost $40. Couldn't give us napkins, couldn't give us ranch for the cheese curds or let us ask for anything else after getting the to go food. They just walked away and when we tried to politely catch their attention *legit said excuse me miss* completely ignored me and wouldn't come back. Idk if imma spend almost $40 on food to not get anything right, not even get napkins or the simple sides like ranch with cheese curds... just spend the money to go to a better restaurant or culvers? Idk I wasted my money and won't come back. Dinner/night staff extremely rude and dismissive. Reading other reviews it sounds like it's a permanent matter for the night shift. just saying. Yikes. Fix it or you'll definitely feel the outcome of the poor service within a few years in the books. or don't. "It's hard to go wrong with ice cream, but somehow this place has managed to turn mistakes into a true art form. Microwaved chocolate sauce is definitely not the same as hot fudge, and only mixing the top two inches of a large Blizzard means the toppings never blend throughout. If you're not going to clean the tables after customers use them, at least provide the necessary supplies for customers to do it themselves. Most of the time, when driving by, you can't even tell if they're open—maybe an "open" sign would help? Honestly, I'm not even surprised anymore by the lack of training and cleanliness at this location."

"We waited in line at Dairy Queen for over 20 minutes this evening. We ordered a vanilla shake, but by the time we reached the window, it was completely melted. When I asked how long it had been sitting there, the employee said "not long" and closed the window. When we got home, we discovered chunks of something unidentifiable in the shake, so we ended up having to throw it away. What a waste of $2.88. This experience has really diminished my opinion of Dairy Queen."
