"I am very disappointed with my experience! The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a 40-minute wait outside, followed by an uncomfortable wait in a crowded indoor area. The menu on their website was misleading, with many items crossed out, and the one dish I ordered wasn’t available in the flavor I wanted. I ended up getting the jam and milk, which was quite unappetizing. The boba tea was diluted, and instead of the regular boba I had requested, I received popping boba. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said they were out of the regular boba, possibly to avoid remaking my drink. The rolled ice cream had just one strawberry and tasted like plain milk. Overall, it was too expensive, and the staff was rude. This was a terrible experience!"
