"My girlfriend and I went to the Baskin Robbins on Rt.66. I ordered a 2 scoop hot fudge sundae and she had the banana royal. On both of our the whip cream barely touched the top of the cup. My cup was the child size. My friend had the next size up. Minedidn?t even have a cherry on top because it fell off and she didn?t replace it. I paid for it and gave her a tip plus I evengave to the promo they were having. We took the ice cream home and I commented to my friend that this COVID thing has now hitthe size you get for ice cream. The following day I took my grandson to the BR in Covina on Grand and he ordered the 2 scoopsundae. His whip cream hit the top of the lid. I called to talk with the manager at the BR on Rt.66 and after three attemptsEmit the manager called me back. I repeated the story and he stated if I didn?t like what I got I should have spoken up then. Itold him about the other store and he said if they want to give more that was their right but it wasn?t going to happen at hisstore. He was actually quite rude and said he would not make it right and there was nothing he could do about it. I will NEVERstep foot in that Baskin Robbin. Shame on him"
