"If I could give 0 stars I would this is the most insanitary place I have been too. First time hear water for cleaning dishes was very dirty and counters was stained. It was busy so I let it slide got a Reese layered sundae the wet topping area was disgusting looked like it was never clean and hot fudge all around the inside just like mold looking the marshmallow topping needed to be refilled the employee refilled it without cleaning it out or anything just puts it in and the top back on it was gross, even the frozen candy pieces had mold like around the container looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months!!! I wanted to let it go since it’s my first time here ate the ice cream but felt so sick after mind you I’m not lactose intolerant! The hot fudge tasted off and the marshmallow topping too. My second time back I waited 2 weeks came back to try again got a snickers layered sundae and a banana split again nothing had changed still mold like wet topping but this time was worse no gloves for the banana when touching?? Nor did I see anyone wear a glove when touching cones saw the dish water nasty again but employee was rinsing it off and dipped it in bleach water without proper cleaning scooping water was very dirty ice cream floating on top milkshake blender was dirty since last time I came it (mind you it had been 2 weeks since I came back) this location is the most dirtiest and unsanitary place I’ve ever been too got sick 2 times eating here never again! Only person I saw actually do good was the new black woman she actually looked like she was mad with me about how the worker was bad at cleaning and the only one I saw use a paper to touch a cone. That was my last time ever coming in!! I have worked and baskin robbins before and this is by far the worst ever I will be calling a health inspector!!"

"My wife pointed to the bananas and asked if they could not be mixed with the ice cream to make a shake. The employee simply said "NO" and had no response when asked about their Banana Smoothies on the menu board. When my wife tried to order a strawberry shake, she was told they were out of strawberry ice cream. She then settled for a vanilla shake. The transaction was completed with the employee handing over the shake with the lid half off and ice cream sloppily caked on both sides. There was no thank you or apology for the inconvenience. We will not be returning to this location and will be sharing our negative experience with others."

"This store has been a staple of palos verdes for as long as I can remember. So let 's take a look at how they perform , shall we? 1- ambiance To be honest, it 's a dump. It feels like it was built in 1970 and hasn 't been updated since then. There 's a worst for wear counter , a new menu board ..., but other aspects look so dated. I 've seen better electrical wiring in Hanoi. The back area seems like an electrical nightmare. How does the fire department allow this ? The tables inside seem like an afterthought, the tables outside are unstable and sticky. This is not a place that welcomes you to come in and enjoy a hot fudge Sunday. 2- ice cream It 's all scoops. No soft serve. And , Crikey, the price is eye watering. It 's a weird nostalgia thing that I like this place. But, honestly, your better value for a cone is at the thrifty just a few paces away. 3- service Savage boredom. That 's how I could best describe it. It seems like such a imposition on the staff for a customer to come in and order ice cream. Don 't they know that we are looking at our social feed !? is the vibe I get ... Finally- so why do I go. Nostalgia mainly. Stopping by ...spontaneously .... with my wife .... triggers amazing memories. We overcome all the **** service and enjoy. But, honestly , unless you have this same emotional connection.... Maybe better to steer away"

"My father and I came to try some egg shots and a double shot, and we immediately felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. CJ, Ashlyn, and Joey were all so friendly and worked together seamlessly to take our order. They were eager to help us and even thanked us for choosing to dine at their establishment. We truly felt like part of their restaurant family. This was one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Frauteresa is just as amazing as her staff. We can't wait to come back and enjoy some more treats from this place. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for delicious treats to try."

"This was the worst Baskin Robbins experience I've ever had. They wouldn't let us sample any of the ice cream before purchasing, which was really disappointing. We attempted to pay for a $40 order, but they refused to accept our $50 bill. The entire experience was just awful. I understand that COVID has changed things, but they're still handing out spoons for ice cream that are just thrown away afterwards. Those spoons don’t get reused; they just end up in the trash. It's frustrating! At this point, I think Braums is a far better option, and even Dairy Queen is preferable, despite not having hand-dipped ice cream. Plus, the place was quite dirty."

"It's disappointing to see such hardworking and friendly employees only to have a manager come in and disrupt the atmosphere. This particular manager showed up in what looked like pajamas—when did it become acceptable for managers not to make an effort in their appearance while they’re directing their team and interacting with customers? Sure, we see the uniform t-shirts that say "Baskin Ribbons," but a dress code for managers would go a long way in preventing them from looking like someone who just rolled out of bed. Nothing about her presence conveyed management, apart from collecting cash and giving orders. Come on, BR, you can do better in representing your establishment. Today’s experience was sadly lacking; it was clear she wouldn’t be around for long and wasn’t even supporting her team. I understand that finding good help can be challenging, but there are plenty of experienced individuals out there who won’t let their title affect their attitude."

"I ordered a Father's Day cake through Baskin Robbins' website, but I didn’t receive a receipt despite being charged on my credit card. Worried that the store hadn’t received my order, I reached out to customer service via email. To my surprise, the store manager personally called me the next morning to confirm they had my order and promptly sent me the receipt via email to ease my concerns. When I picked up the cake at the scheduled time, it looked and tasted fantastic! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will likely order another cake for my next special occasion. Thank you!"

"My grandchildren and I went in this evening and had decent sized order. The employee (didn?t see a name tag) took his sweet time getting it to us. As we were sitting outside eating, the kids saw him drop a cup on the floor and his co-worker (a young lady)picked it up and placed it back in the stack. The three youngest needed to use the restroom and asked the young man if theycould use the restroom. He told them they could go out by the dumpster in the back. The young man was the thin young man. Allof the employees needed to wash their uniforms also. We will never return to this BR ever again after what we witnessed andexperienced."

"I really dislike having to leave such a negative review, especially since my previous visits have always been met with outstanding customer service. However, my experience today was quite disappointing. One of the employees, Amber, was rude both while taking my order and at the pickup window. She wrongly accused me of not ordering correctly and, when I approached the window, it felt like she was unfairly blaming me for the misunderstanding. Her attitude was abrasive, and after placing the blame on me, she curtly asked if I wanted her to make the order again. At that point, I was frustrated—we had already waited a long time for her to open the window to take our payment—so I declined and we left. It's worth noting that I’ve never faced any issues at this location before, and all the other staff members have always been very friendly. I think Amber could benefit from being a little more courteous."

"This place is barely run at all. If I could make this a no star rating, I would. Or a negative five stars. The people that work here are third world immigrants who don 't care about the customers at all. They are inept, ignorant and horribly rude. I waited 15 minutes behind one couple to get served. One of the people, of the two that work there was messing with the thermostat on the wall and yelling about the temperature. She wasn 't helping anyone at all. Once the other woman started to help us, she ignored me and my daughter, after helping my other daughter, and started talking to another woman who had walked in after us. When I protested, she got in my face. Then she decided to help me and said, What do you want? I lost my composure at that point and said a few things to her and walked out after paying for the one lousy cup of ice cream. Never going there again. The place is a totally annoying environment run by belligerent idiots."

"The manager of the place is horrible. I heard that the manager is the one that doesn't allow samples because he is cheap and when I asked why to one of the employees they said it was because of Covid which I don't understand considering that if Covid was to start it was there with how dirty the place is. The only upside is there is one employee there that was really helpful and did her best to provide good service to me and my family when we visited there. I don't remember her name but she had glasses and she started recently but she has amazing service. I wish her the best!!"
