"I've been here on three different occasions and I've been impressed each time. Yes, as others have said, the service is slow, but in my opinion it is worth it. This is not a dine and dash kind of place. They do have carryout, which I've seen a couple people do while I've waiting. I've eaten breakfast here twice. I ordered the philly omelette and it was superb. The quantity was plentiful and the quality was decent. The coffee separates Cafe Caramba from many of the other breakfast joints. The espresso is delicious and much better than your typical diner coffee. I usually order a cafe con leche and I've enjoyed it every time. The cafe cubano is always a win as well. My favorite part of this restaurant is the ambiance. Yes it's in a strip mall. The decor is simple, but it's the family atmosphere I love. Kids are usually sitting at the table working on homework. There's a big TV with soccer on and usually a couple older gentleman watching a match. You feel at home like a family when you walk in. I love living near Cafe Caramba."

"Oh my goodness! This place is not only good, it is fun! Where else can you order awesome ice cream but also get to watch it be made with, get this...liquid nitrogen! No where that I know of, but if you do know....let me know. Ha! Ok, so the ice cream is pretty ah-may-zing! There are so many flavor options to choose from the kids normally stare indecisively at the menu before quickly blurting out their most-used favorite go-to flavor, Oreo. I know, I try to convince the kids to explore more options but they are still foodies in training so I let them off easy. Oreo it is. And it's still an great original goodie there. Once your order (around $3-5 depending on size) you can watch them create your ice cream from start to finish through an window. It's very cool to see them add the nitrogen and instantly create creamy ice cream. The whole process take about 5 minutes. As a bonus, they are now serving coffee and specialty coffees. I ordered their White Dark Chocolate Mocha and it was really good and a large only only ran about $3-4."

"We spent three weeks on vacation in Myrtle Beach, and during our stay, we indulged in this incredible ice cream six times! I tried the toasted coconut flavor each and every time, and I can't stop thinking about it now that I'm home. I would gladly go back just to have this ice cream again—it's really that fantastic! The service is excellent as well. If you're in the area, you absolutely have to give this place a try; you won't regret it!"

"The ice cream was delicious and the service was quick. It was a bit more expensive than what we're used to in the area, but for a special treat, it wasn't too bad. The only downside was that they were out of the ice cream bars, which my youngest was really looking forward to (they have pictures of the bars at eye level for kids), so that was a letdown. Other than that, everything was great!"
