I wanted to share my recent experience at the Jack in the Box located on Federal and Euclid in San Diego, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed. It was disheartening to see a large group of people, including panhandlers and those struggling with addiction, gathering just a few feet from the counter where customers order their food. This situation was truly shocking to witness.
I believe it would be beneficial to have secret shoppers evaluate not only the management of such gatherings but also the quality of food and drink being served. I frequently receive incorrect orders, and when the food does arrive, it is rarely at the right temperature. To make matters worse, the employees’ attitudes often leave much to be desired, leading me to question how they were hired in the first place.
Despite these concerns, I genuinely hope that improvements will be made at the Jack in the Box on Federal and Euclid.
