"We had a dinner reservation and were seated promptly. However, it took at least 10 minutes to receive our beers and our dinner was not served until later. Our server seemed to be absent and kept mentioning she had to address an issue, but would be with us soon. The burgers were delicious, but the fish and chips were lacking flavor and overcooked. My son enjoyed the wings. If we return, I would definitely order a burger again. Just be aware that this restaurant is best for watching the game and enjoying bar food."

"The service was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Louisiana chicken and the chicken Caesar salad. However, the payment process was quite amusing. I had a $25 gift card along with $10 in cash, but they didn’t have any cash to give me change at 1 PM! I can't quite understand that. The government keeps printing money, which diminishes the dollar's value, and I've traveled through seven western states without encountering any cash shortages. After some time, I think the manager finally found a key or something to get some cash for change."

"Very busy takeout service meant pizza orders were delayed by 45 minutes. Not really a problem for us but something to be aware of when visiting. We ordered Fred ravioli, a large antipasti salad, Tuscan chicken pasta and chicken parm. We took half of that home with us, the portions are big. The service from our waiter was excellent, drinks were kept topped up and we were looked after. This is good hearty Italian American faire and it's good but it isn't something you're going to rave about to friends and family. It's a good option for an evening and you'll enjoy your stay."

"I only visit this restaurant when I'm in the mood for something different; it’s definitely not my go-to spot. Every time I go, the atmosphere feels empty, with mostly just random groups of Greek men chatting. The service is consistently mediocre at best. The waitress is very friendly, but she's often overwhelmed as she's the only one serving tables, which slows things down (not her fault). I tried the Romeo Juliet crepe, which turned out to be a bit dense and thick—definitely not what I expect from a typical crepe. I ordered it without Nutella, and as a result, it was quite dry. At other places, even without toppings, the crepes tend to be flavorful. However, this one was loaded with fruit. The cappuccinos are always good, though. I've never been particularly impressed with their pastries or desserts. Overall, it's not bad enough for me to say I won't return, but I only consider it when I’m looking for a change."

"Where do I start?! Greeted at the door! Our table and high chair all ready. Our server was friendly and very nice. Suggested an area to put our birthday cake and supplies until needed. She immediately took beverage order. She took our app order and made note that we expected 2 more guests. She was there to take their order immediately. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their orders! "This restaurant is fantastic! It’s very clean, and the lighting is good, which is important to me before I enter any deli. The staff is friendly, and the food appears fresh. I appreciate that there’s no pork on the menu, which is a plus for me. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. They offer more options than most salad bars, with an endless variety on the menu. I’ve noticed that most customers come in for salads, wraps, and coffee drinks. They feature 5 or 6 different types of bagels and even have lamb available for halal options. The fresh fruit containers include raspberries and kiwi. Yes, I took my time exploring, and the best part of all is their reasonable prices."

"It's hard to find a place like this anywhere in Northwest Wisconsin. Most places offer basic bar food, but not here. The atmosphere is casual, but the food is great for a dining experience. They have white linen tablecloths and napkins, an okay wine list, and a good service staff. The chef puts care into what they serve, and the prices are reasonable. It's definitely worth experiencing."

"The food at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered grilled chicken breast with potatoes and broccoli, which was delicious. My husband had a cheeseburger with fries and he said it was the best burger he had in a long time. We will definitely be returning to Applebee's in Fairfield. The service was also fantastic, especially during our usual visit between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The restaurant is not too crowded during those hours. "Omgosh, my husband and I ordered the recording. We have the best ribbeds and pumices. And bread sticks with white diving sauce. Lord! Mercy the breadsticks and white diving sauce for so delicious that we get each our own order later at night and we ate them for dinner. Best bread sticks and white diving sauce, whatever this sauce was to collect the compliments and they were the most delicious I've ever eaten in my whole life if you have the chance to go to Applebee's and get bread sticks and white sauce to dip it, I'm not sure if it was a cheese sauce or Alfredo sauce with cheese but it wasn't me!"

"I ordered a chopped cheese hero, but they tried to give me a roll instead. While it's not a huge issue for a $6 item, I ended up having to argue with them just to get my money back. "I went here with my friends on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at around 6 PM. We were brought to a booth and immediately greeted with a bad attitude from our server, who’s name I believe was Lily A. We had asked to split the check just a minute after we said not to, because we had a money issue. She proceeded to tell us off, saying that we can’t and it’s our issue because we didn’t say it at first. Throughout the whole time we were there, she would always come back and show disrespect. Once we ordered, she waved her hand, motioning for us to hand her the menus with a glare on her face. We only ordered two dishes to split between the four of us because we were not that hungry, and just were eager to get out of there after seeing her attitude. Every time she would walk away from our seats, she would stare one of us down, giving us a nasty look. I am beyond disappointed with the service at this location and will certainly never be coming back."

"Great front patio area for outdoor dining w dog. Appropriately radiant heaters facing downward--just enough to provide heat without burning your hair. I had the soy ramen w grilled pork and boiled egg. Flavor was very good. I would probably not use the black pepper since it tends to settle at the bottom of the Bowl after slurping down the noodles. The pork was a bit too lean for my tastes--for ramen, I personally prefer the less healthy, more fatty pork belly, but that's just a personal thing. The service is actually very noteworthy. Extremely attentive hostess, waitress. Even though we were the only people outside, we never felt neglected. Okay, they were extremely courteous--a real plus!"

"The quality of the food varies greatly depending on who is in the kitchen that day. There is only one good waitress on staff. If you stick to the typical dishes like noodles and fried rice, you're likely to have a decent meal, but if you venture beyond the usual offerings, you can expect mistakes. The premium sushi is acceptable, but the non-premium options leave much to be desired. Despite spending hundreds here each month, we had a negative experience with an inexperienced waiter and chef that has caused us to take our business elsewhere. "This review is regarding my visit (07/20/18) at 7pm. The hostess was extremely friendly and sat us down promptly. Immediately after taking our seats, my party and I felt very warm. Apparently we weren't the only ones because several people from the tables in our section were fanning themselves with their menus. Our hostess told us there was a slight issue with the AC and that they were working on it. No big deal. Or so I thought. It just seemed to get warmer and warmer. We placed a pretty large order with a strategy. First the three apps, then the first round of sushi (four rolls), then the second round of sushi after that (another three rolls). Our server was amazing and he placed the order exactly the way we asked. Super attentive and friendly. Well, it was a good thought while it lasted because everything wound up coming to our very small table at the exact same time. Still, we're a creative bunch and we made it work. No big deal. Now, here's where I really took issue. The fish on the rainbow roll I ordered wasn't cold. That really bothered me because I'm super picky about sushi and I kinda have this thing where I like raw fish to be cold. Then I tried the barbecue beef ribs. They were so bland. I then tried the dragon roll and was severely disappointed. The unagi tasted like butane and I couldn't continue eating it. The Alaskan roll was assembled lazily and it was literally falling apart when it came to my table. We had to use a spoon to pick up and piece because it couldn't hold its shape! Now, I can forgive a lot of things but I have a big problem when the food I'm paying for isn't up to par. On every other occasion I've been to this location, the food was amazing. Tonight was just a fluke, I suppose. I'm not the only one in my party who thought so. It was super warm in their and the food was such a disappointment that we all decided to leave. TL;DR Restaurant was warm, raw fish not cold, food didn't taste the same, so we left for another restaurant."

"We had gone for dinner yesterday to Applebee's. I had the Bourbon Steak, my husband the large Rib order and appetizer to go, everything was very enjoyable. But what made the evening so special! was the kindness, thoughtfulness and respect for Veterans, received from a lovely family. They paid our tab and came over to thank my husband for his military service (Marine Corp). It iwas so gratifying and made our evening even more special since unbeknown to them it also happened to be our Anniversary of 53 year's. I hope they read this review and learn how touched we were by their courtesy and generosity. I also sincerely wish to thank Applebee's for the well deserved recognition they extend to our Armed Forces!!A heart felt, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO ALL VETERANS!!!"
