"I ordered a three cheese classic melt, tomato soup, and cheddar bacon ranch fries. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the grilled cheese croutons that were supposed to come with the tomato soup and instead got two pickles, which I hadn't ordered. However, I wasn't too bothered since I had just come off the ferry and was eager for some warm food. The three cheese classic melt turned out to be one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had—not too salty or greasy, just a perfectly made sandwich with excellent ingredients. It was delicious when dipped in the tomato soup.
On the other hand, the cheddar bacon ranch fries were a bit too salty for my taste, and I couldn't finish them. I really enjoyed the three cheese classic melt and the fries sprinkled with 'melt spice,' a peculiar green powder that enhances the flavor. The tomato soup was also very good. I was satisfied with my meal and decided to check out the restroom. It was relatively clean, though it could be improved a bit; I would say it was on the better side of restrooms I've encountered.
Overall, I give this place four stars. Although I had to wait and my order wasn’t quite right, the friendly customer service and nice amenities made up for it. The prices were reasonable, especially considering it's located in downtown San Francisco. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining options as well."
