"I have to give a five-star rating for the management, especially Kevin, who made my reservation unforgettable by upgrading my guest and me to the VIP room! There was a party booked in the grand room, leaving only outdoor seating available on a scorching day. Since it was my first time at Madeline’s, we ordered the Traditional European tea set. I highly recommend the ginger yam soup, and the salad was delicious, while the mini scones were absolutely delightful! However, the European selection was a bit disappointing, as the bottom tier consisted mainly of dim sum. It would be great if you could replace those with mini sandwiches or cakes. The tea selection was excellent! I will definitely be back and hope to enjoy the grand room next time. Thank you, Kevin, and Tutu Madeline Garden, for making my birthday such a wonderful experience!"

"We only ordered drinks and played some games, but they were delicious and the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. There's one bathroom with a single stall, and the staff's English is quite good. "The waiter gave us attitude because we arrived close to the closing time , which was 9 pm, but on google map, it shows the closing time is 12. I think only God knows the closing time because they kept randomly changing their closing time. But it is ok, we just want to order two drinks to go and leave him alone. But somehow he made the wrong order for my girlfriend, so we told him that and want him to make the correct drink for us. And then his attitude became horrible. First, he insisted he made the right order until we showed him the receipt. After he knew he was wrong, he threw the receipt on the desk rudely. We couldn 't stand his bad attitude and told him it is wrong to serve the customer, and he yelled at us and said why don 't you guys make your drinks yourselves？ . LOL. Such a worst customer service. Will never come again."

"I absolutely adore this café! While coffee shops may be plentiful, finding a truly exceptional tea spot can be quite challenging. This hidden gem is located on the corner of Green Street and De Lacey Avenue. I stumbled upon it last week on my way back to the office and decided to stop in for a cup of tea. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the menu offers much more than just tea; there were so many options with names I had never heard before. I found myself faced with a difficult decision. The staff, who were incredibly friendly, asked me what I was in the mood for and suggested the fruit tea medley."

"I got my order delivered with Uber Eats. I did not go to this place. My food is tasty, including my morning boost smoothie(avocado, mango, banana, and kale). I got my Create Your Own Poke Bowl : salmon (raw), cucumbers, avocado, picked ginger, sweet corn, grape tomatoes, rice, lemon dill aioli teriyaki sauces on the side. It 's delicious...if you like sweet, vinegar, and lemon, you will like this bowl. They offer other food options that look tasty."

"Fantastic place! I was scared to go because most of the reviews say the food is not that great. But they were wrong. Everything me and my friends ordered was delicious! Also, the ambiance was beautiful! They had a lady playing the harp. The waitress did such an amazing job! She was polite and patient with us. We were there for about 3 hours and no one told us it was time to leave. The waitress took several pictures of us. About the food: we ordered the honey chrysanthemum flower tea, and French press coffee, oh my those were so good! We also ordered virgin margaritas and cucumber lime, they were good but too sweet. We got the European and Madeline high tea. Pretty much everything tasted very good. There was only one item, bacon date, I didn't like from the European high tea, the waitress noticed and replaced it with another item I liked! The other people in the party ordered Brunch, the egg Benedict were great. The French toast was good except the bacon was too thick which it made it hard. The sea food quiche was good but if you're not used to smoked salmon, then it might not be a good choice, since smoked salmon looks and feels raw. Last but not least the scones were delicious! The only sad thing is that is only one per person. I wish we could order more. I had a great time! I would definitely come back. Dietary restrictions: One of the people in my party is allergic to gluten. They had a few gluten-free options and did their best to accommodate her."

"We stopped by ViVi boba tea after we had dinner and before we went shopping for groceries. Everything in one place, So convenient!! It is inside of Jugaso supermarket right on top of the stairs facing the produces and spices. I gave them 5 stars because of the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their boba tea. My siblings and I tried the Matcha slush, taro milk tea, and brown sugar milk tea and they were all delicious. Right level of sugar and ice, good amount of toppings with the milk tea and all freshly made. Parking is plentiful so no complaints there. I would recommend you trying it if you haven't already."

"I've been coming to Vivi's for years and have always loved the drinks and food they have to offer. I do come here way more often than I should but for good reason. It's hands down the best boba shop in South Jersey. I almost never have a complaint about anything I order from here, especially when Ryan is there. The only thing I can say, is whenever a specific employee is there (I'm not sure of his name) my food and drinks come out messed up or straight up bland. I'm not sure if I did something to upset him but I feel bad having to ask staff to remake my drink or food. I've never had a problem here and have only good things to say. The staff is always extremely kind and accommodating, and it's always a pleasant experience."

"If you’re looking for a traditional afternoon tea experience (like you’d get in the UK this is not the spot . The service was prompt and polite and exactly what one should expect. My biggest problem really is with the menu. I normally drink English breakfast BUT I couldn’t find a basic black tea on the menus. The tea selection was like a celestial seasonings, fruity tea assortment. There was nothing traditional about the menu It was an over fancy Americanized version of what Americans might think Afternoon tea is . Btw I am American . The scones were like something you’d get at Starbucks. overly sweet glazed biscuit. The clotted cream was good . No doubt imported. I’ve had afternoon tea many times both in London and in New York and this really was disappointing."

"Probably the most misleading bubble tea experience I 've ever had. I ordered the super fruit royal tea and the description was orange, passion, strawberry, along with other fruits. The photo also showed pieces of orange, passion fruit, strawberry, and kiwi. When I received my tea, it only had small cut of pieces of green apple and a slice of orange. I personally think green apple should never be in bubble tea and the flavor of the tea was more sour as a result. Also itwas a bit over $6 base price which is one of the more expensive bubble tea prices I 've seen and I could see it being justified if there were any of the advertised fruits in it, but there weren 't. When I asked an employee about it, theyseemed nice but they said that they must 've ran out or something. To me, it seems like cutting costs and corners if they didn 't have ANY of the fruits that were advertised in there. If you plan on running out of the good fruits, mightwant to change the description to random assortment of fruit to save others from getting a bunch of little pieces of sour granny smith in there. Good thing was the apple pieces floated to the top so I could fish them out with a fork andpartially salvage my slightly sour green apple tea . Also with their kiosks, it made it seem like a refund would be out of question since there was no one behind a payment system to help. My partner also had a regular milk tea with pearlsand it had a slightly roasted taste and also wasn 't anything I 'd recommend to anyone. Very disappointed."

"Definitely bad experience not because of food but because of the ?service? if there is any. Strongly motivated to challenge and offend the (maybe Chinese speaking) customer, when their ordering machine did not work properly. The man and woman in the storecame up with various reasons to scold customer like ?you must forget to click pay?, ?your card is problematic?, ?you need tocontact your bank?, etc, ruthlessly asked for different payment methods and tapped on your phone without a word. What isinteresting is that they figured out this issue is due to the update and they made a call to ask for fixing of their machineshortly after. Finish the meal since my friend already took the seat, but keep in mind you have the possibility to be scolded asif you are a newbie cashier."

"I’ve been visiting this place for a few years now, and it has changed a lot. It used to be less popular, so my drinks would be prepared more quickly, and the small shop was not as crowded, with cheaper prices. On the bright side, I’m happy to see that the building has been renovated and has a nicer aesthetic, plus there are more drink options on the menu. I ordered a large red bean matcha with 30% sugar, but unfortunately, they were out of tapioca. I requested my drink without ice, but it came with ice anyway. To make matters worse, the cashier also mixed up the order of the person behind me. When I received my change, I noticed they gave me a Canadian penny, which they didn’t even realize. There weren’t too many people ahead of me in line, but I still found myself waiting for a while. Overall, I prefer the old bubble tea shop, but the drinks here are still good."
