"Let me just start with, I understand that when ordering delivery, you have to lodge the complaint through the delivery service. HOWEVER, when I order a steak RARE that ends up a medium, I believe that is the restaurant's fault NOT Doordash. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. The young man asked what the issue was and then put me on hold. 5 minutes later he comes back to the line and proceeds to inform me that the Manager says she can not help me and to take it up with Doordash. To tell them my food was overcooked and they could do something about it. Pretty sad that the manager couldn't even take the time to speak to a customer who just spent over 50 dollars on overcooked steaks. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. How is your cook over cooking a rare steak the delivery companies fault? Not only was my rare steak cooked to a medium, my mother's medium rare was almost well done. The loaded baked potato had NO bacon on it, chives when none were requested. My coconut shrimp was packed in a small bag on top of the Icecream for the brownie so of course they were completely cold. I am so disappointed with this location. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time in a row they have messed up our food. I think I'm done with them regardless of my reward points. I guess it's back to Longhorns for a while. ??"

"Came in at approximately 1600 and waited for a hostess to arrive to take our name…and waited. After giving our name we were told to wait. A party of 4 came in after us (we were a party of 2), and ended up being seated before us. Got to our table and perused the menu. After knowing what we wanted, we waited…and waited for our waitress to arrive. There were perhaps 4 to 5 other tables that were seated among us in half the restaurant. It was definitely not busy. She proceeded to take our order. She was nice enough—-and she let us know that she only had 2 tables at the moment. This confused is as to why it took so long to get service. My salad arrived and I didn't realize that the dressing was buried in the middle of the salad. I always had the dressing on the side at previous restaurants except for Caesar salad. I waited for the waitress…and waited to ask about this. When she finally came back, she then told me the dressing was in the middle of the salad. Partially my fault for not checking, but the time it took to see our waitress again was unusual for such a low activity time and with only two tables to wait on. (Just for context, the salad and the main food was provided by someone other than the waitress) The food was ok. The Kookaburra wings had no kick—-we ordered them with medium heat. I got the shrimp on the Barbie, and was given a healthy portion of shrimp, with which I was pleasantly surprised. The food was ok—-too much saltiness on the wings and the shrimp. The sauce for the shrimp was not so good. It was good on the rice—-just not for the shrimp. All in all,——Meh. Will try another place for our next dining experience. Addendum: Forgot to mention that my fork and my GF's knife still had some crud on it from not being cleaned well enough."

"I've been eating here every couple of months because of the Dine Rewards, not necessarily because of the atmosphere or the food, since there are so many better places to eat and steak isn't my favorite food. But this experience made us decide it's the last time. The previous time we ate here was January and we didn't use our 50% off reward because we didn't spend very much and figured we'd wait and maximize it. After this meal in April, we found out the reward had expired! In addition, when I first signed up for dine rewards, the server told me that they would always ask me for my number so I wouldn't have to remember to ask them. Well, the last 3 times, the server did not ask us and we forgot to give them our number and each time I had to call and be put on hold or go back to the restaurant to get my number put in afterwards to get credit. It was always a hassle. So this time, we were ready and remembered to give her our number, but the reward had expired and we still got nothing back. The food was fine, one 8oz sirloin with fries, a side salad, 2 draft beers; and one 6oz filet with 4 grilled shrimp, sauteed shrooms, bleu cheese pecan chopped side salad, mixed veggies, 2 glasses of wine. Seems like a normal dinner, right? You wouldn't think the bill would be $85! And after tipping, over $100! And we didn't even get our reward... and Walk-about Wednesday is no longer offered (we dined on a Wednesday). I also need to complain about the bleu cheese pecan chopped salad because I asked what mixed greens were in the salad and I was told bib and spring mix, but it was only romaine lettuce, and nothing was chopped, so I don't know why the salad is called a chopped salad. The best part about the meal was the waitress... she was very attentive and efficient... and all the staff there that evening were nice. The atmosphere, however, was mediocre because we were seated in the bar with a GIANT TV screen over our booth so we had to crowd onto the same side to keep the TV at our backs. And the lighting here is strange. Every time I eat here, I feel like there's a spotlight on me; so this time we unscrewed the lightbulb even though it was a little too dark. I'm sorry to say the food just isn't amazing, and with all these hassles and the price, we don't plan to return. Next time we'll just pick up a couple of steaks at Kroger and throw them on the BBQ. We'll get some salad and a bottle of wine and sit on our deck, and I think we'll have a more enjoyable experience."
