"I just wanted to share how impressed we were with the service during our visit today. We took my grandmother out to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately, one of the steaks we ordered had a lot of fat on it. As soon as our waitress, Dakota—who was absolutely fantastic—noticed the gristle on the plate, she immediately informed the cook and the owner. Within minutes, the owner came to our table to apologize and offered to replace the meal. When my husband declined that offer, the owner returned and removed the dish from our bill. He even took the time to bring a complimentary dessert for my grandmother, and we had a lovely conversation about her that made her smile from ear to ear. The owner was incredibly kind, and what impressed us most was that they both addressed the issue without us ever mentioning a word of complaint. It's this level of service that keeps us coming back, even though it's a 45-minute drive for us!"
