"The food at this restaurant is delicious. I have visited a few times to support local businesses, but today will be my last visit. When I walked in to pick up my online order, no one greeted me. It seemed as though everyone was busy working and even the owners seemed preoccupied. My food was sitting in the window, ready to go, but no one acknowledged me or offered to help. I waited for 5 minutes to see how long it would take for someone to notice me. Finally, the owner asked who I was and handed me my food. There was no thank you or apology for the wait. It was disappointing to be ignored in this way. While I believe in supporting businesses in our town, I will not return to any establishment with such a lack of customer service."
