"This is definitely our top choice when we're craving a meat feast. I used to think I didn't like hearts of palm, but after trying them here, I've changed my mind. Now I'm seasoning and marinating them just like they do at Rodizio. It's also one of the first places that comes to mind when we have friends or family visiting. It’s absolutely worth it!"

"Thanks to open table, my anniversary was ruined. I bought a cincy savers while back and was excited to try it. I made a reservation last week on your website for the liberty center location and got a confirmation on Sunday. Well, it was pouring down rain but I still took the 40 minute drive to the location. Had to park half way across the parking lot because it’s busy there so I walked in the pouring rain. Well I got to the restaurant and there was a sign just half assed taped to the door REOPENING SOON sorry for the inconvenience. JUST FANTASTIC! Maybe you should find out if a restaurant is even open before confirming reservations."

"Saying that this place offers Brazilian food is like saying that Olive Garden offers Italian food, or that Outback offers Australian food. Restaurants like these only look for inspiration in these countries offering something much more for the American palate. As a Brazilian, this was the worst Brazilian restaurant I have ever eaten at in the entire United States. The meat they offer is nothing like the original Brazilian cuts. The Picanha is only similar, and if you expect to eat the best cuts from Brazil like Maminha, Alcatra, Fraldinha, and so many others, forget it! Seriously, what the hell is Parmesan Steak (that is not even Brazilian! . Not to mention that what they call feijoada is nothing more than beans floating in a dark liquid. They didn't even have farofa! I had to ask and after 20 minutes they brought me a little bowl with something similar to farofa to the table. Don't expect to find the greatest Brazilian delicacies like chicken hearts, coxinha, or others. And what about the drum show to celebrate someone's birthday? It's as if Brazilians gathered in tribes around a bonfire to celebrate their birthday. Honestly, it would be offensive if it weren't funny. If the owner of this place isn't Brazilian, he should do more research. If he is, he should be ashamed of the product he offers. The best advice I can give to someone who wants to try authentic Brazilian food is to stay far away from these franchises."

"While the buffet had decent offerings, it doesn’t justify the $50 per person price for just rice, beans, and a salad bar. The cheese bread was also extremely hard. Our server took over 20 minutes simply to bring the check, followed by another 10 minutes just to sign the receipt after multiple requests. This wait time was absurd, and it felt like we were forgotten. We were never asked if we wanted anything specific or even dessert. Although the manager checked in on us a few times when we first sat down, she didn't seem to assist the struggling staff in any way. This visit was meant to be a birthday celebration, and we drove all the way from Tampa for this experience. Unfortunately, it fell short in both food and service. Although I had been here before, I won’t be returning, as there are numerous other dining options available with better selections and far superior service."

"I never actually answer these. But this time was different. For the money that was spent it definitely wasn’t worth it. Was sat to our table around for lunch menu and got charged dinner which is fine because our reservations were for the dinner menu. But the first waitress (which we adored) said some we say early we would get lunch pricing. Then minutes later we were met with the fakest waitress I ever met. Glasses stayed empty nearly the entire meal, the secondary server met us one time and never returned till the end of the meal and hovered for the bill. Had to ask a different server the dessert menus and never received our second order of sides till minutes before the dessert was given to us which was nearly an hour after we asked for them in the first place. My daughter and wife were so excited about going here I couldn’t wait to try it but wow it was a disaster."

The restaurant manager greeted us too...Greetings to our friend Sherman, he is AWESOME! We wish we could give you all 10 Stars!!! <3 We received such great service! Great and fun atmosphere! Delicious and scrumptious food!!! Loved eating all the amazing cuts of meat – beef, chicken and in particular the “lombinho” (pork was incredibly tasty! Sweet and moist pineapple on the skewer – my family and I are completelycrazy about it! J Loved all the variety of side dishes (fresh salads,rice, feijoada (slow cooked tender meat with black beans , mashed potatoes, stroganoff and more…they even had mac’n cheese – my boy's favorite! ; endless servings of pao de queijo(authentic Brazilian cheese balls! . My special limeade drink was just so refreshing! Wow, EVERYTHING WAS MARVELOUS! Thanks for making special memories for my family and I – will treasure this experience for many years to come! "Our family has been to Brazilian steakhouses in other parts of the country and always enjoy our experience, BUT not here. We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday. I'll start with positives: The artwork by a Brazilian artist that is displayed is amazing. The salad/food bar was good. We especially liked the black bean/sausage and the beef stroganoff. The desserts were also very good. The negatives: Meat was covered in inedible fat. Only a bite-size amount of meat was cut for each person. We spent a lot of time sitting and waiting with nothing on our plates. It took 30 minutes from the time we laid our red/green indicator on its side to the time our desserts were delivered. Gross part: One of the servers knocked the packets of sweetener onto the floor. Some time later (after other servers had been stepping on them), a person clearing our plates picked them up and asked me if I still wanted them for my tea. Nothing should ever be offered to a customer after it has been on the floor. No- we will not be back."

"how a wonderful culinary experience it was! we were with my neighbour to spend the time when we were not long together. and it was a great decision to go rodizio to hamilton. the meat servers were in great power with knowing about the meat, and they brought the grilled pineapple as soon as I demanded it. her homemade Brazilian limonade is on my favorite drink list. it feels a bit expensive, but given the experience of tasting various types of meat, it seems worth it. I recommend this restaurant for its special occasion."

"My initial review is below and I wanted to leave it here so you can understand the situation, but to followup, the owner contacted me about the situation and apologized for how the misunderstanding was handled. I was impressed with his response and his willingness to train his people how to handle such situations in the future so it might not happen again. Thank you My!My family visited Rodizio of Provo last Saturday and we checked the website to ensure that we arrived in time to receive their lunch pricing which was before 4 pm. We were seated at 3:26 pm. When we finished I was shocked at the bill total but did not think to check it closely until I got home where I found they had charged us at the dinner rate. I called them and they said their locations time/pricing was different from other locations. I told them that is not what their website said, and the person didn't care. It is their error and I shouldn't have to pay for it. My family and I will never go there again."

"I come to Rodizio’s one to three times a year for the last several years. I enjoy the variety of meats and the salad bar. I do enjoy that the ambiance is usually less crowded and busy than Tucano’s. "This is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at hands down everyone that worked there was as nice, polite, and friendly as you could've wanted them to be the food was excellent the way they bring the different meats around you wouldnt leave hungry even if you only tried a bite of each one the salad bar is great as well everything we had from it seemed very fresh not like the salad bars from anywhere else you would go the only issue we had was they ran out of the pineapples but unlike most places who give you the sorry we are out they actually sent someone to the store to purchase more so that you got everything you paid for the only downside of this place is dealing with downtown chattanooga traffic/parking, and the high cost although I believe anyone who eats here would see it as worth the cost of the meal though"

"Our first visit to Rodizio was truly exceptional! Every dish we tried was delightful, and the service was outstanding. The servers brought out the meat so quickly that we found ourselves scrambling to taste everything before we could remember what we wanted to ask for more of. Throughout the evening, we noticed the general manager checking in with guests regularly to ensure everyone was satisfied, and she even helped us by bringing back some of our favorite cuts of meat. While the meal was a bit more expensive than other local restaurants, I felt it was worth every penny given the quality of the food and the level of service. It might not be an everyday dining option, but for special occasions or a well-deserved treat, I dare you to find a better experience."
