"As an Italian, I didn’t expect the mozzarella to compare to that of a caseificio in Naples, but what I received was a bland log that reminded me of the pre-sliced Galbani available at Publix. To make matters worse, it was overly salted to the point of being almost bitter. I was hoping for those characteristic stringy layers that peel away to reveal a juicy, buttery core, but there was none of that. The burrata was also somewhat tasteless, though it was slightly better than the mozzarella. The prosciutto was just average—more shredded than sliced. Perhaps I was simply unlucky that day; I know that can happen. However, given the high prices, I expect top quality. I don’t think I’ll be returning."
