"Pangea used to be an amazing restaurant with impeccable service and amazingly bold flavors. However, I have now been twice since it reopened after Covid closures and we have been underwhelmed and frankly disappointed each time. Today we made reservations for our family prior to going to heading to an event. The food was all under seasoned, my husband had to send his egg dish back because he ordered his eggs over easy and they came out with the yolks fully cooked and the whites stiff. After taking several minutes to get someone's attention, we were never checked on again until it was time for the check. With there only being 5 other tables in the restaurant while we were there, it was quite confusing as to why we had to keep asking for refills rather than having our server check on us. We won't be returning."
