It appears to be a husband and wife team running the place, with the husband trying to defend his disrespectful wife. Other reviews echo similar experiences, showing a pattern of poor service. I recommend trying Veggie Castle in Queens instead, where the customer service is excellent and the food is delicious. You can find them at 132-9 Liberty Ave, South Richmond Hill, NY 11419. I just picked up a plate from there and can't wait to dig in."
