"The Fried Green Plantains Tostones had a strong taste of cold oil, overpowering all other flavors. The Res guisada Stewed beef dish was disappointing, with dry steak pieces and no sauce. The missing beans made the meal even drier. The Macaroni Salad had uncooked noodles, almost raw. This was my first time at the restaurant and it will likely be my last."
