"I ordered two Chicken Parmesan meals, but both were lukewarm. The chicken was overcooked and hard, making it difficult to cut and chew. I ended up leaving more than three-quarters of the meal untouched. We shared our concerns with the friendly waitress, but we were still charged the full price. After our meal, when we pushed the chairs in, she asked, "Where should we go for dinner?" This was a very disappointing experience. I've had great meals here before, but this time was far from the usual standard. Based solely on this meal, I would not recommend dining here."
