"to say that we were disappointed is an understatement. we had a reservation of 8:30, and they were ready for us what was the best part of the evening. not sure if our waitress was new, but she seemed from the hand-order device, that didn't seem to make someone work easier. the one beer I wanted to try was not available. she took our drink order, which was only water and 2 beer samples. it was at least 15 minutes before we got our water because “glasses are needed to be washed”. she finally returned to take over our order. we received our appetizers a bit later without serviette or flatware because, they guessed there was no clean. the salat was devastated and the rindsalat dressing was dirty and our beer had not arrived. So we should eat our salat with our fingerings and drink our pub front tent without beer (or serviettes to wipe our hands). Our dinner came 45 minutes after our arrival and our beer still did not arrive 50 minutes after our arrival. no clean glasses. I mean, come with me! that was a FRIDAY night in the inner city of fredericksburg! eating was fair – not to write at home. the beer was good when we got it, and to be fair, they removed the salat fee, but we will never go again."
