"This dinner reservation turned out to be a disappointment for a special occasion. They did not honor any reservations and did not take names, causing chaos with patrons pushing and shoving in a long line that extended into the dining room, disrupting those already eating. It is not recommended to include this restaurant on your reservation list. Despite the food being decent and the service being satisfactory once we finally sat down (over an hour and 15 minutes after our reservation time), the overall experience was unpleasant. We were unfamiliar with the area and had event tickets following dinner, so we were left unsure of where else to go. We had assumed that making a reservation over a month in advance would guarantee a smooth dining experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case."
