"Absolutely love this place! It's my partner and my favorite place to get order out Chinese from in the friendswood area and we've probs been ordering take out monthly for the past year or so tbh 5/5 Singaporean style stir fry with shrimp is BOMB, i get it almost every single time but im trying to explore more options lol 5/5 Sweet and sour pork: my boyfriend a HUGE fan and always orders it, but I'm not usually a huge of a fan of pork so it's like okay for me 4/5 Vietnamese spring rolls, usually solid 5/5 Crab rangoons, always the right amount of crispy, never been soggy 5/5 Egg drop soup, always slappin 5/5 Mango chicken, esp with the chili oil "

"Save your self the time don't go there. I placed my order, and they said it will be just a minute. Short story, I had to go to the counter 45 minutes later just to find out they haven't even started making it. I told them to cancel the order and reimbursemy card; they canceled the order but refused to process the reimbursement saying that they will do it later. And all withouteven an apology for making me waist almost an hour on Christmas afternoon."

"We have loved Neo China for my entire life but had not eaten there in about a year. We were excited that we got there today but we were quite disappointed. The recipes have changed. The portion size is very small. We ordered pork lomein. The noodles were overcooked and there was literally no flavor at all. General tso chicken was tasty but not spicy at all. I believe it was orange chicken because there was zero spice . Mogolian beef was not tender. The flavor was just alright . Edible. The egg rolls were soft and had very little meat or flavor .The soup was pretty good. Dumpings were good. They are polite and the service is prompt but this was our last visit to neo china. A plus was the food wasn’t overly greasy. Maybe they have a new cook? Not sure but today was not a good day."

"The customer service left much to be desired. The older gentleman was almost rude, even though he tried to ensure that your order was correct. His approach made it feel as if you were being treated as if you didn't know anything. The food itself was decent, but not worth the price. I ordered orange chicken, chicken chow mein, and General Tso chicken, and all three dishes tasted remarkably similar. Overall, I definitely won't be coming back!"
