You have great food, a great location, great staff, great ingredients, but there is just something off about your actual food that makes me keep 5/5 and instead review 4/5. Everything tastes great, definitely. It all has great textures as well. But, your food, it lacks ... like- potency- or is under-seasoned in a sense. I get orange chicken, I barely taste any kind of citrus- period, barely any orange flavoring or any kind of citrus- period. Same goes for general tso, mongolian beef, curry, so many of your dishes seem to be slightly under-seasoned. And I have to say slightly, and only slightly."
