"I believe takeout only still, so my dining experience was affected by the time between picking up our food and eating a couple of hours later. No delivery. My favorite was what they call fresh spring rolls, not fried, with shrimp. The mint was delicious, and excellent peanut sauce. The noodles with shrimp also was very tasty and held up over the time before we had dinner. My dining companions agreed the red curry was delicious, I did not have room to eat anything else"

"The food was delicious. I ordered beef pho and my husband ordered fresh green salad with chicken. Both dishes were delicious and the portions were huge. We finished everything and they were offering to go boxes. I want to really talk about the service. The best service I have had. They even entertained us with some magic tricks. Not even magic , he had some special skills and we were mesmerized. I was curious and asked him to teach me and he said you eat more veggies and you will have the power. We will definitely be going back for good food good mood and good people"

Restroom was relatively clean. No TVs around that I saw. Small bar in the middle. We sat in the back, near the back door. Service: was good. They came around often enough. "The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. We ordered four items: the crispy garlic chicken, the chili fried rice with chicken, pad se-ew (wide rice noodle), and Thai tea. All of the dishes were delicious, but the crispy garlic chicken was a bit sweeter than we expected. If you prefer savory dishes over those with mild sweetness (like orange chicken), you may not enjoy the crispy garlic chicken. The Thai tea was good, however, we were unable to adjust the sweetness level to our preference."

"We used to visit Erawan often when it was under previous management. We anticipated the new version would be similar to the old, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover an upgraded menu featuring several unique dishes. I ordered the Je On Grouper, and my husband had the Thai Jungle with shrimp. Both dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The service was satisfactory, although the restaurant was not very busy for a Friday night, and it seemed they primarily catered to takeout orders. They don’t have beer or wine yet, but they have applied for a pour license. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and plan to return."

"I was there on vacation with the family and went to several pricey restaurants, but Bangkok West was the real surprise, for half the price of the other restaurants we got a meal that was twice better. Easily the best meal we had on that vacation, their fried rice is probably the best I've ever head and as New Yorker, I had many the restaurant is also very pleasant and the staff is beyond friendly, I also had a great soup, and a great yellow curry, as well as an amazing desert which is thai version of a crepe but that even being on a strict diet, I could not resist. Truly a great restaurant and I would go there again when I am back in LA."

"best vegan restaurant in riverside! sam 's bann thai is super ready to customize almost their entire menu for vegans. the workers have said that they make it a priority to offer vegan decisions, and I could not be grateful. the male worker I ordered in the evening is super friendly and helpful. He had so much geduld to help me finish our whole meal as we wanted. they can veganize almost everything by shortening the meat with tofu (fried and unfried) or simply veggies and the oyster sauce (which includes most of their sauces) with an oyster mushroom sauce, they are sure they want it vegan. the yellow curry has a wonderful taste it is one of our favorite dishes. we also love the garlic green beans with tofu. so good! all their dishes are good. they will not be disappointed if they order vegan or not. I use the EAT24 page to supply her food to me. the website allows them to give a spiciness level and instruct in a commentary to leave for any item. to warn their food is very spicy, so if they can not season, they should say 0 1 for the level of spice. sometimes even level 1 is quite sharp. to be sure, I usually do not say a spicy and add some of the chili paste they give you. this place is our way when we have to have something delivered because I'm gonna find what's vegan. there are two stalls in riverside, so they should be in the position they can deliver."

"I have been coming here for over two years, and in the past few months the food has become bland and the dishes are made differently than they were. They use less seasoning and cheaper veggies. My girlfriend orders the same drunken noodles everyThursday, and the past two weeks we have gone it?s either has been bland, or they use cubbed cabbage and canned green beans(which she is allergic to). After being told this is how it?s always made, they would only replace my meal if I drove back toWoodstock, which I let them know it?s a half hour drive and I couldn?t do that, to which they offered a 15% off for theirmistake. We are now on the search for a new Thai place in the mass and CT area. I would recommend trying the new thi place downthe street, they do not do take out at the moment, BUT the food is consistent and delicious, I will miss the spring rollsthough."

"I haven't been to Bai Tong for a long time. My hubby and I came on a Saturday around 6:30pm. When I entered the store, I was on a waiting list. However, I received text message in about 5 minutes and I was able to sit in a booth by the window. We quickly decided what we wanted to eat, but it took a while to get our order. We ordered crispy garlic chicken and papaya salad. I chose 3 for the spiciness. It was a little spicy and the combination of two dishes were very good, sweet crispy chicken and sour papaya salad. Papaya salad is recommended to be eaten with raw cabbage. It gets more crowded after 7pm, so I think it's better to make a reservation on weekends."

"lachs w/ fried rice: frieder reis was excellent, lachs was dry and over boiled to the point of the partly inedible at the edges. chicken panang curry good curry, but no rice on the side, must get extra. cute thai sweetest sugary pad thai ever landed on the teller what happened, never baked tofu starter: no salt, no taste, dry as a bone tofu without sauce. fried fish cake: sponge, deep fried and oblique chewing. the sauce was unusable sweet without balance at all. total $100 including tip (no alcohol) for a lower average meal that would not repeat."

No taste n completely bland when I had ordered a level 4. I believe they forgot to add spice. When asked, they dumped the entire bottle it seems and made it extremely spicy, which I don?t really mind, only if I could taste anything other than chillies. Staff unfriendly."

"I ordered the Pad Se Ew with seafood, and the noodles were incredibly mushy while the seafood was overcooked. The sauce was quite watery, and the squid had a rubbery texture. The Pad Thai had great flavor, but the chicken was dry, and the portion size was disappointingly small. The salad rolls appeared to be thrown together at the last minute, as the noodles were all crammed at one end. I spent $60 on Grub Hub, which is already cheaper than DoorDash, but I won't be ordering from here again. Overall, I was not impressed."

"The way the customers were treated was absolutely unacceptable. I received the wrong food that was delivered in a dirty bag. When I complained, they offered me a voucher for my next meal. However, they later claimed they had no record of any complaints from their staff. I don't care who is at fault, all I wanted was to enjoy my meal! It is their responsibility to honor their promises, not mine. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant, but after this experience, I will never order from here again and will not recommend it to my friends."
