"Additionally, the way they serve pickles on the side means they end up placed right on top of your sandwich. This can be frustrating, especially in a family setting where some enjoy pickles or onions and others don’t. When pickles are placed on everyone's sandwiches, it makes the bread soggy and, as anyone who dislikes pickles will tell you, it can ruin the meal.
While these are minor issues, the inconsistency in both food and service contributes to an often frustrating dining experience. If this location could improve in these areas, particularly in how they handle special requests, it would have the potential to be quite good and worthy of 4+ stars."
