"A few years ago, when they had a location in the Short North, this restaurant was my favorite in the entire city. However, it seems that something changed, as the quality has declined significantly. After multiple disappointing orders, I gave up and stopped ordering from them. Recently, I tried a new restaurant called Phuket I'm Vegan for a special occasion, hoping to find good Thai food since my favorite spot, Basil, had gone downhill. Unfortunately, it turned out to be Basil under a different name, and the food was even worse. Everything was tasteless, greasy, and almost inedible. The rice had a strange smell and the vegetables seemed old. The only decent dish was the Pad See Ew. I am disappointed that they misled me in addition to everything else."
