"In A Nutshell: -Lotus of Siam made famous not only by their own food, but highlighted at one point by the late Anthony Bourdain where he ate at their original location is a outstanding Thai restaurant. -Specializing in Northern Thailand cuisine, this restaurant serves unique dishes w/ flavors that will make your tongue salivate. -With so many choices on their menu, I recommend you go for one of their prix fixe menu selections. -The 3-4 person menu encapsulates their classic most ordered dishes such as their Crispy Fried Rice, Scallop Salad, Garlic Fried Prawns their Roast Duck Curry. -There's so many more dishes I plan on trying over the course of time. -The customer service is also superb, the servers constantly refill your water, clear your table of dirty dishes check in on you to ensure you are happy w/ your meal. Overall, I highly recommend that you RESERVE a table, this place is very popular is located right off the Strip, so you don't want to be standing in a long line w/ out a reservation!"

"I’ve been coming to this location since 2004 I order the Lobster Monster almost every visit! You will love it! I’ve tried other dishes too and tried my guest meals too and never let me down! Plus on a beautiful night sidewalk eating can add to your experience! Enjoy"

"At first glance, the exterior of the restaurant and the surrounding businesses didn’t look very appealing. However, upon stepping inside, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and cozy the atmosphere was. The menu featured a wide variety of dishes, but I already had my heart set on curry with chicken. They offered five different kinds of curry, which I had never encountered before—I always thought there was just yellow curry (lol). The waiter was very helpful and recommended the red curry, and since I’m a spring roll enthusiast, I couldn’t resist ordering some of those as well! I was pleasantly surprised when the spring rolls arrived; unlike many other Thai restaurants that only serve two, I received four along with a side salad! They were absolutely delicious, and the peanut sauce was delightful too. When my red curry finally arrived, it was a fantastic culinary experience. The dish contained bamboo and a generous amount of chicken, which added to its appeal. When it came time to settle the bill, I expected it to be quite pricey, but to my surprise, it was even cheaper than other places. I paid $6 for the spring rolls and $11 for the curry, and it was definitely worth every penny! I look forward to returning to try more dishes in the future!"

"We were seated promptly but our drink order seemed to be forgotten. 2nd person finally brought it after asking us. We tried this place based on the description of the spring rolls. We were served a roll which was filled with lettuce and a very small piece of shrimp. (5$ It was hard to order if you don't know how to pronounce the dishes thus, our server (3rd person to see to us. Served us the wrong item. We had to reorder and wait for new food as I could not eat items in the 1st dish. We had budgeted less for this meal than we ended up paying. Overall we felt the food and service were not up to par and we would not return."

"This was our second time dining at this restaurant, and once again, both the food and service were outstanding. We brought along two other couples, and everyone loved their meals. Our server, Phanet, was fantastic, and I will be sure to request her when we visit again."

"Been taking out from here routinely for about a year and a half. Was very excited to finally find a quality Thai place in Cap, and one of the embarrassingly few places you can order past 8pm. Been a bit disappointed in the slide in quality over the past four months. Wrong orders, diminishing portions, very much mailing it in. Hope it turns around."

"Sitting by the front door in Naree Thai, I feel like I'm in a space farther from the main street outside than I really am: I like the interior setting. I experience good customer service: during my visit, I ask for a Vegan meal, and the employee creates a suitable order. The vegetables are good all around and taste better with the brothy type sauce. Even so, I think the meal can use a bit more of the brothy type sauce as much as a part of me feels there is just the right portion in my meal. With this type of meal, I don't mind tofu being a bit softer. I think the rice tastes good with the meal though clashes with the tofu. The meal is filling though cools kind of quickly."

"Our family dined at Pongsri prior to taking in a Broadway show nearby. We’re Thai aficionados and have many Thai friends and acquaintances and have been to many Thai restaurants and Pongsri is a must stop. Service staff were very attentive. The food was superb. I was very hungry and started with the Pacific Volcano soup an entree on its own. Superb and spicy broth with a lot of seafood including calamari, scallops, clams, mussels, shrimp, etc. I then had the whole fried red snapper awesome a true Thai specialty. My cousin had an excellent curry and our knees were very pleased with their Thai spring rolls, pad Thai, orange chicken and beef dish. We would definitely return and Pongsri is definitely a must try and not just if you’re in the theater district area but a well deserved stop if you’re staying anywhere in NYC."

"I ordered many times and this is the second time, tonight we got bad dishes from this restaurant again. I got bad food one time before so I stopped ordering there for a year or so. Then I ordered again and last two times were good. Today, Both the beef and chicken having no taste and overcooked unlike the last two times we ordered. Was it a different chefs today? Every thing tastes mediocre or bad today. I ordered tofu green curry, chicken green curry, beef pad Thai, beef salad, and chicken drunken noodles. I think 2 is most I can give for the food today compared to a 4-5 of last two times. Why there is such inconsistency? Even in the beef salad, beef has no taste and dry, how can you miss mixing a salad?"

"My daughter, her son and I stayed in Lincoln City for a few days. Our first night it was late before we thought of dinner so we chose this place bc it was open and had good reviews. We ordered it on the Grubhub app for pick up. My daughter has a dangerous shell fish allergy and ordered the pineapple fried rice with no shrimp (also, no raisins or onions) and it came with shrimp. So she couldn't eat that. We ordered chicken skewers for her son but they were so dry and stringy that we could not feed those to him or he would choke. There are plenty of other places available. Skip this one."

"Oftentimes, we order a bunch of dishes from a Thai restaurant only to find that none of them are good. Exact opposite happened here we ordered just a couple appetizers and entrees and regretted not getting more. Chicken satay was good but peanut sauce was fantastic, so overall it was fantastic. Crispy tofu was okay, with sweet chili dip better, so that was tasty. Panang curry with tofu was out of this world good good enough to just go back for that. Pad See Ew with tofu had the right flavor but needed more sauce, more noodles and less vegetables I’m ordering it for those lovely chewy noodles and I’d be happy with it being completely noodles. People at restaurant were very friendly, takeout was packed immaculately, and if parking wasn’t such a headache (one side street closed with construction) we’d have eaten there many more times. Will definitely go back and recommend it highly."

"I've gone to Made in Asia for some time, but last night was a terrible experience. The service was great. The food is not so great. I don't know who the cook was, but he was out of his game. My wife ordered the Thai Basil Shrimp, as usual, it came as dry. We ask the server to ask the cook, where is the sauce? She answered and said the cook said it was not cooked in any sauce. Red flag number 1 because it clearly specifies it in the menu. Red flag number 2, the Crab Rangoon was 99% cream cheese and 1% crab. It should not be a dessert, but an appetizer. Made in Asia I love you, but one of these chefs will bring you many more complaints."

"The food is good. The cooks are heavy with spice. Not large portions like some other places so don't expect a doggie bag but the prices reflect that, but you will leave full. Various soups everyday come with lunch are usually very salty but are still good. I prefer other places but I will go back for something different. Crab ragoon is ok. Would not get again. Pineapple fried rice, does not have cashews but is moist and good. Pad Almond was good."

"this restaurant is a favorite of me because the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable, almost secret. the people are kind and courteous, and I never feel rushed. there are Thai places in rustester that have better eating, but if I want a relaxed experience, I come here. (I should say I was here for dinner only, so I don't know how it's at lunchtime. there is a good choice of dressing – a whole page of vegetarian options that are almost all vegan. the quality of the dishes varies – they are really good, but not exceptional. if I blew my assessment on the food alone, I would hesitate to give a full 4 stars. the cozy atmosphere, however, expresses my assessment to a solid 4."

"The food was generally tasty and well-made. I especially enjoyed the crispy fish with garlic sauce because of its subtle savory, soft texture that paired well with its crispy exterior. The garlic sauce deepened and enriched the textures and flavors of the crispy fish well. The Thai iced tea was also nicely flavored, with a deep, earthy tea base mixed with the sweet milk and ice that made for a delightful, refreshing drink. The red curry was also good, and I generally enjoyed trying the combination of vegetables and meat steeped with the mild red curry. I also tried the Pad Eggplant, but unfortunately, I found it a little too salty for my liking. The restaurant was a little small, but the friendly and professional service from the staff gave the restaurant more merit."

"This is the best Thai food I have had in a long time. The curry was extremely flavorful and the level of spiciness was just right. I prefer sauces that are bold and spicy, and this dish hit the mark. The grilled chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. I ordered the Tom Kha Soup, which was delicious with chicken and mushrooms. I also tried the Royal Siam Chicken Curry, which was also very tasty. I couldn't finish all of my food, so I took some home. The waitress had a heavy Thai accent, making it a bit challenging to understand her English, but I appreciated it as it signaled to me that this is an authentic restaurant with Thai chefs. I would definitely visit this restaurant again."
